Job Description

Payroll Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Coordinate with Finance and external partners for statutory reporting and remittances.



Total Rewards & Compensation

  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
  • Manage performance-based reward systems and incentive schemes.



Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.



Office Management & Occupational Health

  • Supervise office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Oversee health and safety programs, including coordination with OH providers.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards and emergency preparedness.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Streamline HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.



Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor HR operations staff.
  • Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
