Job Description

  • Provides support to the HRTS Supervisor in system implementations and driving process enhancements.
  • Contributes to HRTS projects by assisting with analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
  • Helps maintain and manage enterprise-wide HR technology systems, including applications for time tracking, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Assists with system configuration, user access management, security, and integrations to meet organizational requirements.
  • Offers technical support and expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to HR systems and integrations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Workday HCM configuration and supporting related business processes (required)
  • Workday certification is an advantage
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with systems such as Workday, UKG, and ServiceNow
