Job Description

  • Builds and maintains in-depth expertise in HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
  • Oversees and supports application configuration, user access, system security, and integrations to align with business requirements.
  • Assists in the implementation of new software solutions and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Coordinates user testing for HR systems, including managing timelines, project plans, and implementation activities.
  • Supports testing of system applications and enhancements as needed.
  • Provides troubleshooting support and subject matter expertise for HR technology issues.
  • Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT, including at least 1 year working in HR
  • At least 2 years' experience as a functional or business analyst on large-scale projects within a global shared services environment (required)
  • Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and UKG
  • Strong background in business process and data analysis, functional design, modeling, product development, and software testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in presentation and facilitation
