This role is responsible for leading the intake, evaluation, and governance of transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to assess opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The position also supports delivery tracking and benefits realisation across a structured pipeline.

Job Description

  • Lead intake management processes including governance, demand triage, prioritisation, and pipeline maintenance aligned to business strategy
  • Evaluate and qualify opportunities based on value, feasibility, complexity, risk, and readiness, recommending appropriate actions
  • Develop opportunity briefs and business cases with clear scope, assumptions, benefits, risks, and solution options
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, estimate effort, and ensure delivery readiness
  • Facilitate intake and evaluation forums, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear documentation of decisions
  • Track approved initiatives through execution and benefits realisation in partnership with finance stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards for intake, pipeline, and realised benefits
  • Partner with transformation leads to ensure a balanced portfolio of quick wins, mid-scale, and strategic initiatives
  • Continuously enhance intake processes, governance frameworks, and templates to improve efficiency and transparency

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business transformation, project intake, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through Lean or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working in a shared services, global capability centre, or multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving techniques
  • Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or equivalent) preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous
  • Familiarity with innovation frameworks, design thinking, or digital transformation concepts is beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
