Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Intercompany Director

  • Own and execute the global end‑to‑end intercompany transformation roadmap
  • Drive process design, documentation, and global standardization initiatives
  • Lead automation programs to significantly reduce manual reconciliations
  • Establish intercompany governance, KPIs, and control frameworks
  • Run global transformation programs across regions and legal entities
  • Influence and align senior executive and CFO‑level stakeholders
  • Partner closely with process experts and S/4HANA teams

Successful candidate

  • Exposure to true end‑to‑end intercompany processes beyond R2R reconciliation
  • Strong senior‑level process transformation leadership with program ownership
  • Demonstrated decision‑making authority and execution accountability
  • Ability to manage Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics stakeholders
  • Hands‑on mindset despite seniority; comfortable driving execution
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ERP or systems transformation experience
