Our client is a global industrial technology organisation supporting advanced manufacturing environments, delivering precision systems and innovation to semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Job Description

  • Own end-to-end IT operations across two manufacturing sites, including infrastructure and OT systems
  • Partner with site leadership to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and roadmaps
  • Ensure stability and performance of factory-critical systems (MES, SCADA, ERP)
  • Oversee IT service delivery, vendor management, and execution of key projects
  • Drive governance in cybersecurity, ITSM, change management, and compliance
  • Lead IT initiatives supporting expansion, new production lines, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MIT is advantageous
  • 15+ years of IT Operations/Infrastructure/Services experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments
  • Strong knowledge of factory systems: MES, SCADA, Warehouse, OT infrastructure
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
  • Expertise in networking, security (Cisco, SD-WAN, NAC), and ITSM (Incident, Requests, Change, etc.) processes
  • Proven ability in vendor, budget, and project management with availability for after hours or weekend maintenance windows as needed
