Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts/channels to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio and strategize to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in the Technology & Telecoms market.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • A background in sales, account management, or a related field within the Technology industry.
  • Experienced doing sales of Security/ Surveillance technology products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in strategizing and implementing sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems to track performance effectively.
