Job Description

  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate negotiations and handle collective bargaining agreements effectively.
  • Resolve employee grievances and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct training sessions for management and staff on labor relations policies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities and ensure legal documentation is up to date.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address employee concerns and policy updates.
  • Stay informed about labor law changes and industry trends in the Technology & Telecoms sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Labor Relations Manager should have:

  • Must be a licensed lawyer
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Experience in handling collective bargaining agreements and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to resolve conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
