Job Description

  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with labor unions and employee representatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to management on labor relations policies and best practices.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to labor relations activities and agreements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support the Human Resources team in creating initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Labor Relations Manager should have:

  • License to practice law in the Philippines; active Philippine Bar member
  • A strong background in labor relations and employee conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Experience in negotiating with labor unions or employee representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, large organization environment.
