This is a 6-month consulting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst Lead to drive requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery for a new digital banking web application with a leading financial institution.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading financial services organisation undertaking a major digital transformation initiative. The role supports the development of a new customer-facing web application focused on enhancing digital banking capabilities.

Job Description

  • Lead business analysis activities for a strategic web application project.
  • Assess business requirements and ensure readiness prior to development.
  • Review existing requirements, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Create and manage user stories while supporting Agile delivery practices.
  • Partner with development teams and support UAT through implementation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analysis Lead.
  • Strong background in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, FinTech, or Payments projects.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, refinement, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on Agile delivery experience, including user story management and UAT support.
  • Excellent oral communication and engagement skills with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Agile, Scrum, CBAP, CCBA, or related certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and requirements management platforms is preferred.
