It plays a strategic role in driving efficiency, innovation, and employee development while maintaining the organization's mission-driven culture rooted in service and compassion.

Job Description



  • Develop and deliver learning and onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition between HR onboarding and functional integration.


  • Identify skill needs and implement learning initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth.


  • Support communication and change management strategies for the Global Capability Center in Manila, ensuring effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.


  • Strengthen the employee experience by helping design and execute engagement activities such as events, clubs, and other initiatives that foster learning, connection, and belonging.


  • Act as a capability resource across the organization, supporting knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of learning and development practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, communication, or related roles (required)
  • 1+ years of experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment (preferred)
  • Experience in events management and employee engagement initiatives (a plus)
