Job Description

  • Lead and manage compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies
  • Support external and government affairs activities, including stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide legal guidance to internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to embed compliance culture and drive awareness
  • Assist in preparing reports, position papers, and communication materials for regulatory bodies and external partners
  • Represent the company in industry forums, government consultations, and external meetings as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Licensed lawyer with experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles
  • Strong interest in pharmaceutical compliance and corporate affairs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Prior exposure to government relations or policy work is an advantage
