Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the legal operations within the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and support to various departments to facilitate business processes and decision-making.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments in company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when required for specialized legal matters.
  • Handle legal disputes, investigations, and litigation cases efficiently and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain internal policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven expertise in legal operations, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the business services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
