Job Description

  • Leads the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the company, ensuring it achieves its financial, customer, and market share objectives.
  • Manages the bancassurance business, maximizing insurance sales through branch sales and digital distribution channels.
  • Oversees all business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, risk management, and customer service, to deliver sustainable business performance.
  • Drives innovation and product development to meet the evolving protection, health, and wealth management needs of Filipino customers.
  • Represents the company with regulators, shareholders, business partners, and industry stakeholders while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and organizational leadership.



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within a bancassurance business, with a strong track record of driving growth through bank-led insurance distribution channels.
  • Deep understanding of life insurance, wealth protection, and customer acquisition strategies, combined with experience managing large-scale sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships between insurers and banking institutions, influencing senior stakeholders across both organizations.
  • Strong commercial and operational leadership skills, with experience delivering profitable growth, improving customer outcomes, and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management capabilities, including experience engaging regulators, boards, shareholders, and C-suite executives in highly regulated financial services environments.
