Job Description

  • Manage ocean freight operations, including shipment planning, execution, and tracking.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the efficiency of logistics operations.
  • Resolve any logistical issues to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on shipment statuses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all logistics operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Operations Specialist should have:
