Job Description

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the overall business with full responsibility for performance and results
  • Translate global strategy into clear priorities and executable plans
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management



P&L Ownership & Commercial Performance

  • Manage full P&L, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and efficiency
  • Ensure disciplined financial governance and forecasting



Operational Excellence

  • Oversee operations to ensure consistent delivery and performance
  • Establish strong KPIs, reporting structures, and operating rhythms
  • Drive continuous improvement and scalability across the organisation



People & Organisation

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team
  • Foster a performance-driven culture with clear accountability
  • Ensure strong succession planning and leadership development



Growth & Transformation

  • Lead expansion initiatives and identify new growth opportunities
  • Drive transformation and optimisation programs
  • Balance standardisation with local market adaptability



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key partner to global leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Align execution with broader business objectives
  • Contribute to strategic direction through data-driven insights

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in leading a P&L-driven business or business unit
  • Experience within complex, multi-site or multi-market environments
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior leadership teams
  • Highly commercial, analytical, and data-driven
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on results and impact
