Job Description

Strategic Communications Management:
* Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
* Ensure messaging consistency across internal and external communication channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear, targeted, and engaging communication materials.
* Leverage data and insights to refine communication strategies and optimize impact.Project Management & Capacity Planning:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication projects.
* Develop project timelines, set clear deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workload and priorities.
* Implement project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and transparency.
* Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery and business goals.Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
* Act as a bridge between marketing, business units and executive teams to align communication efforts.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute communication initiatives.Process Optimization:
* Continuously assess and refine communication processes to improve execution and efficiency.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and corporate policies.Budget Management & Resource Allocation:
* Oversee budgets for marketing communication projects, ensuring cost-effective execution.
* Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and track financial performance against budgeted goals.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and impact.

The Successful Applicant

Work Experience

  • At least 3-4 years working experience in brand management and project management whether through digital advertising agency, fintech, banking, retail or FMCG.



Knowledgable Areas

  • Marketing & Communications Strategy - In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and execution
  • Project Management Frameworks - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other PM methodologies.
  • Brand Messaging & Positioning - Understanding of how to maintain consistency in brand communication.
  • Budgeting - Experience in budget tracking and cost control.
  • Compliance & Industry Regulations - Understanding of data privacy laws and communication policies.
