Job Description

  • Provide second-level technical support for network and systems-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of managed services to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the L1 support team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Perform routine system and network checks to identify potential issues and implement preventive solutions.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MS Engineer should have:
