Job Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across routing, switching, firewall, wireless, IP services, and FTTx environments.
  • Diagnose and remediate LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, and connectivity-related incidents escalated from support teams.
  • Engage vendors and L3 engineers to drive incident resolution within SLA targets.
  • Monitor network performance and alerts, proactively identifying and addressing potential service impacts.
  • Provide break-fix support for critical network infrastructure across enterprise and government customers.
  • Implement, administer, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and related network technologies.
  • Manage network changes, upgrades, patches, firewall policies, and maintenance activities following change management processes.
  • Produce RCAs, maintain technical documentation, create runbooks/SOPs, and support knowledge sharing and mentoring.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within ISP, managed services, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and production network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS, and related networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two firewall platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cato Networks.
  • Experience with enterprise switching/routing technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Juniper, or Huawei.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise wireless solutions, FTTx technologies, SD-WAN/SASE, and network monitoring tools.
  • At least one relevant networking certification (CCNP, PCNSE/PCNSA, Fortinet NSE4+, HCIP, Aruba ACSA/ACSP, or equivalent).
  • Strong documentation, incident management, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills, with experience using ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management.
