Job Description

  • Lead nationwide spare parts sales and operations
  • Drive sales targets and ensure availability, distribution, and efficiency
  • Manage and develop regional and functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across aftersales and commercial functions
  • Ensure consistent execution across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in spare parts sales and operations
  • Exposure to nationwide scope and large team management
  • Proven track record in driving commercial performance
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • High potential candidates with solid spare parts experience may be considered.
