Job Description

  • Lead and develop a FinOps team to achieve operational and service KPIs
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, including intercompany transactions
  • Oversee end-to-end FinOps activities and service delivery standards
  • Manage escalations, operational risks, and issue resolution
  • Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with customer-facing and operational stakeholders
  • Govern and maintain FinOps processes for scalability and consistency
  • Support downstream finance processes aligned with supply chain operations
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and service excellence



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Accounts Receivable (AR) / Order-to-Cash (OTC) background
  • Proven experience leading finance, operations, or shared service teams
  • Experience in disputes management and payment-related processes
  • Exposure to intercompany billing and SSC/shared services environments
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and operational processes
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
  • Experience managing escalations, risks, and performance delivery
  • Results-driven with the ability to achieve outcomes through people
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced matrix organisation
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, or lead logistics operations
  • Familiarity with finance and operational systems across complex network
