  • Oversee all facilities management operations to ensure smooth daily functionality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align goals and improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team to achieve organisational objectives.
