Job Description

  • Champion and lead a culture of continuous improvement by implementing structured operational routines and encouraging proactive problem-solving across stakeholders.
  • Oversee productivity improvement initiatives, waste reduction programs, and cost optimization targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget requirements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and resources to drive successful outcomes.
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics and automation tools to improve operational workflows.
  • Introduce and promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance innovation and agility.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support effective transition to new processes and systems.
  • Engage and train employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for digital transformation and innovation initiatives across the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and project success.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective budget management and achievement of targeted returns.
  • Collaborate with finance and other functions to align cost management strategies with business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership, department heads, and operational teams to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  • Promote collaboration across business units to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and project-related risks.
  • Develop and maintain audit frameworks and quality control processes.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system aligned with recognized standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Carries out additional responsibilities that are related, complementary, or implied by the role.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A strong background in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Has Lean Methodology or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management practices.
  • Must be open to work onsite in Quezon City, Mondays to Fridays
