Job Description

  • Manage daily operations within the engineering and operations department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to meet company objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilisation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
