Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Order to Cash Transformation are:

    • Serve as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders and operational teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support effective execution, issue resolution, and operational performance.
    • Monitor and report on key business metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Identify risks, manage escalations, and facilitate timely corrective actions to maintain business performance.
    • Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
