Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end People Services operations in the Philippines, including employee lifecycle management, policy execution, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Design and deliver talent management strategies covering performance management, succession planning, learning and development, leadership capability, and career progression.
  • Partner with global People teams to localize enterprise initiatives, standardize processes, and continuously improve systems, including HRIS and reporting.
  • Serve as the senior advisor and escalation point for complex employee relations matters, investigations, and sensitive people issues.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing People Experience team while strengthening the People function's reputation as a trusted business partner.
  • Use people data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive engagement, retention, and workforce readiness.



The Successful Applicant

Non‑Negotiables

  • Proven experience in a senior People or HR leadership role, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law, statutory compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance systems, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing People teams.
  • Good‑to‑Haves
  • Experience working with geographically distributed global leadership teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Advanced capability in people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience building or scaling People processes through automation and optimization.
