Job Description

  • Lead and manage key engineering projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Design and develop control architectures and firmware for AC-DC and DC-DC converters.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and validation of manufacturing systems and components.
  • Analyse and resolve technical challenges to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Principal Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Proven expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes such as Switch Mode Power Supply design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in leading technical projects and teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
