Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for new product development (NPD), custom fabrication, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Production teams
  • Provide product design solutions to customers and oversee the full development lifecycle-from concept to mass production
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Drive regular project updates and alignment with stakeholders, including Product Managers and global teams
  • Ensure compliance with product design and manufacturing standards through proper documentation and control systems
  • Support sourcing activities and prototype development in coordination with the Purchasing and Supply Chain teams
  • Facilitate preparation of technical documentation such as BOM, SOPs, cost analysis, MSA timing, and user manuals
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Act as a key facilitator for project management processes and cross-functional collaboration

The Successful Applicant

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage)
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, product development, or project management
  • Proven experience in managing design and development projects using 3D modeling software
  • Strong background in handling multiple projects across different stages of the product lifecycle
