Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of core accounting operations (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inter-Group Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Period End Close, and Reporting).
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance leaders, auditors, and service partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support business continuity and risk management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Record to Report Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations or shared services, with 2+ years in a supervisory or specialist role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop big teams.
  • Handled R2R operations for North America.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a shared service or multinational environment is a plus. Proactive and results-focused
