Job Description

The Regional Head will be responsible for developing and executing the aftermarket growth strategy across the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and other selected Asian markets.Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive export sales growth and expand the company's aftermarket footprint across Asia.
  • Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage distributor and channel partner networks.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities using market intelligence, trade data, and digital platforms.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives and identify new territories and customer segments.
  • Develop pricing recommendations using competitor and market insights.
  • Support successful product launches across target markets.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, technical, R&D, finance, and commercial teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor distributor performance and implement growth plans to maximize market penetration.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of export operations, documentation, compliance, and customer support activities.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • 13-15 years of experience within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in automotive components, aftermarket products, or related sectors.
  • Strong exposure to both the Indonesia and Philippines markets.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing distributor networks.
  • Exposure to the aftermarket two-wheeler segment.
  • Experience working across Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and business English proficiency.
  • Preference for candidates based in Manila and Jakarta
