Job Description

  • Sales Leadership: Drive and execute regional sales strategies for business information solutions across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop country sales managers and cross‑border teams, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
  • Revenue Growth: Set clear revenue targets, track performance rigorously, and implement initiatives that consistently achieve or exceed regional sales goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify high‑potential markets, build go‑to‑market plans, and expand the organization's footprint across existing and new geographies.
  • Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners while serving as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee accurate forecasting, pipeline governance, and regular reporting of regional results, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to tailor solutions to market needs and ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal policies, regional regulations, and industry best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading multi‑country or regional sales teams within business information, data solutions, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multi‑market environments.
  • Strong understanding of business information, data/analytics, or research-driven solutions, including market trends and client needs across diverse geographies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed, multicultural organizations; fluency in English required, additional languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned countries.
