Job Description

  • Own and execute the regional sales and growth strategy across Asia Pacific
  • Lead and develop country and area sales managers across multiple markets
  • Drive solution‑based new business development and large‑account growth
  • Leverage regional networks to access complex, multi‑country clients
  • Partner with marketing to convert demand generation into pipeline and revenue
  • Maintain strong forecasting discipline, deal governance, and CRM rigour
  • Act as the regional commercial interface with global leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in testing, inspection, certification, or adjacent B2B assurance services
  • Proven experience managing multiple countries or a large regional scope
  • Strong solution‑sales and business development capability
  • Established network with enterprise or large regional accounts in Asia Pacific
  • Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder and C‑suite level
  • Country Managers with regional exposure are welcome
