Job Description

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function across multiple markets
  • Partner closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to understand workforce needs and influence recruitment strategy
  • Build strong client relationships and manage a variety of hiring expectations across different markets
  • Drive recruitment transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI, technology, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, quality, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to support long-term talent pipelines
  • Lead, coach, and develop an established recruitment team, building capability and raising overall performance
  • Introduce new ideas, frameworks, and best practices that support the continued growth of the business
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to influence senior stakeholders and support workforce decision-making
  • Partner with leadership on broader talent and organisational priorities as the business continues to scale

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Director should have:

  • Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition or Recruitment functions within a complex, regional, or global environment
  • Strong track record of personally driving recruitment transformation, change, or capability-building initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to balance client requirements, candidate experience, and business priorities
  • Experience introducing or implementing recruitment technology, AI, automation, or other process improvements would be highly advantageous
  • Strong exposure to employer branding, talent attraction, or EVP initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where the role is expected to bring ideas and shape the recruitment agenda
  • Experience working across multiple markets, cultures, or stakeholder groups is highly preferred
