Job Description

  • Own end-to-end credit control lifecycle: issuance of statements, collections, and settlement of payables within fiduciary timelines.
  • Manage complex reinsurance accounts/portfolios, ensuring accurate cash allocation, billing reconciliation, and resolution of balances.
  • Track and deliver against fiduciary KPIs and SLAs, leveraging dashboards and internal systems for reporting and performance management.
  • Drive a proactive collections strategy, engaging brokers, markets, and clients to resolve overdue balances and payment discrepancies.
  • Analyze collection, remittance, and portfolio data, supporting RFP inputs and identifying potential revenue or sales opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to operating model improvements, using process optimization and technology enhancements to drive efficiency.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and facilitate collaboration across brokers, clients, and markets to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of credit control or fiduciary operations within a reinsurance setting.
  • Proven track record in managing complex reinsurance portfolios.
  • Strong collection and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
