Job Description

  • Manage treaty reinsurance technical accounts for non‑life (P&C) portfolios.
  • Set up treaty contract data in systems to enable accurate premium invoicing.
  • Review and process statements of account, billings, and claims advice.
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve technical accounting and claims discrepancies.
  • Act as technical contact for clients, reinsurers, brokers, and finance teams.
  • Support month‑end, revenue review, and controllership queries.
  • Ensure compliance with Professional Standards and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reinsurance Treaty Technical Accounts professional should have:

  • Proven experience in treaty reinsurance technical accounts/claims.
  • Background in a reinsurance broking environment (treaty, not facultative).
  • Strong knowledge of non‑life / P&C treaty structures and cash flows.
  • Hands‑on experience with premium invoicing, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong Excel / Microsoft Office and operational systems exposure.
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable with finance deadlines.
