This is an individual contributor role focused on originating and growing large SME loan portfolios (₱50M and above). You will leverage your existing SME network and business development capability to drive new revenue, working closely with a fast‑growing non‑bank lending institution.

Our client is a well‑established, non‑bank SME lender in the Philippines, known for flexible, cash‑flow‑based lending solutions and a strong footprint in the large SME segment. They are aggressively expanding their high‑ticket loan portfolio and are hiring experienced relationship managers with proven SME networks to support this growth.

Job Description

    • Build and manage relationships with large SME clients
    • Originate new loans ₱50M and above
    • Leverage personal and professional SME networks to generate deals
    • Drive business development and loan growth across priority segments
    • Work closely with internal credit and risk teams to structure deals
    • Utilize digital and fintech‑enabled lead generation channels



The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager handling SME or Large SME portfolios
    • Background from:
      • Universal or commercial banking (SME / corporate segments)
      • Non‑bank lenders or fintechs with strong BD exposure
    • Established network of SME decision‑makers is essential
    • Strong hunter mindset with relationship‑driven sales capability
    • Comfortable operating in a high‑performance, commission‑led environment
