Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration across the Visayas territory.
  • Manage and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a portfolio of diagnostic equipment products and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Provide application and technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve territory sales targets and key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in diagnostic equipment, medical devices, or a related healthcare portfolio.
  • Strong sales and business development background within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and conducting field-based sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
  • Based in Cebu or willing to cover the Visayas territory extensively.
  • Candidates from established multinational healthcare or medical device organisations are highly preferred.
