Job Description

  • Lead customer and internal discussions with a strong point of view grounded in prior Salesforce delivery experience
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Professional Services teams and customers through solution design and transformation
  • Drive customer success by applying deep knowledge of enterprise Salesforce implementations and adoption factors
  • Partner with sales teams on pre-sales activities including scoping, solutioning, SOW development and staffing plans
  • Lead the creation of implementation proposals, commercial propositions and execution plans aligned to client needs
  • Provide oversight and strategic guidance across the full project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, consulting or enterprise CRM implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Consultant certifications (preferred)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and enterprise-scale integrations
  • Proven ability to lead stakeholder discussions, pre-sales engagements and cross-functional teams
