Job Description

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise opportunities within fintech, ecommerce, retail, SaaS, and other digital-first sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution framing, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of payment products (payments acceptance, disbursements, APIs, fraud tools, etc.) to articulate value and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term adoption.
  • Drive revenue targets by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
  • Represent the company in industry events and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Atleast 7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development - ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, ecommerce, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers is a strong advantage.
