Job Description

  • Design and implement scalable and high-performance backend solutions using Java and Springboot within a microservices environment.
  • Building and maintaining scalable Restful APIs.
  • Work with AWS services, relational and NoSQL databases, and contribute to CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure cohesion.
  • Onboard, guide, and mentor junior colleagues through code reviews and other best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Backend (Java) should have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or any other related field.
  • A strong background in backend engineering/development with tools such as Java, Springboot, and Restful APIs.
  • Experience with Kotlin is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS and no relational databases (such as NoSQL).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
