The company is a leader in the manufacturing industry with an established shared service center in Makati.

Job Description

  • Manage the entire credit lifecycle - credit underwriting, exposure monitoring, receivables management, and collateral administration
  • Evaluate and manage credit risks to maintain financial health and stability.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare credit reports for decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess creditworthiness of clients.
  • Negotiate credit terms and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in credit management, credit underwriting, exposure monitoring, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in a manufacturing shared services company is preferred.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup and night shift schedule.
