Job Description

  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and oversee cost control measures.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Country Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) required.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, and treasury, including leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, reporting, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
