Job Description

The Senior Food Service Sales Manager will lead and grow the Food Service channel for a leading multinational FMCG company. This individual will be responsible for developing channel strategies, driving profitable growth, managing key customer and distributor relationships, and ensuring strong execution across the Food Service business.The role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong understanding of the FMCG food industry, proven P&L management experience, and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the channel. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable business results and strengthen the company's presence in the Food Service sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Food Service Sales Manager should have:

  • 10 years+ of sales or commercial experience within the FMCG food industry.
  • Proven experience handling Food Service accounts, including restaurants, QSRs, hospitality, and institutional customers.
  • Strong P&L management experience and commercial acumen.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, channel expansion, and customer development.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
