  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programmes effectively.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and organisational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

  • Head of HR with experience developing a mature HR function for growing companies
