Job Description

  • HR Strategy & Leadership
    • Build, lead, and scale the HR department
    • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • HR Operations & Processes
    • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
    • Establish end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
    • Lead HRIS implementation and optimization (Workday preferred)
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Support recruitment ramp-up plans (target: significant headcount growth)
    • Develop hiring strategies for critical and technical roles (e.g., engineers/programmers)
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
    • Develop and implement competitive compensation and incentive plans
  • Compliance & Payroll
    • Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Ensure full compliance with government regulations and labor laws
    • Work closely with compliance and finance stakeholders
  • Organizational Development
    • Support initiatives such as ISO certification
    • Drive performance management and employee engagement strategies
  • Digital Transformation & AI
    • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI in HR processes
    • Improve efficiency through technology and automation



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role
  • Strong background in:
    • Payroll and government compliance
    • HR operations and process design
    • HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience building or transforming HR functions
  • Background in Tech, BPO, or startup environments
  • Experience hiring technical roles (engineering/programming)
  • Familiarity with AI tools in HR
  • Demonstrated startup mindset: hands-on, adaptable, and collaborative
