The Senior MEPF Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection) works across large-scale, mission-critical developments, ensuring projects meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong technical oversight in MEPF systems, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined project control to support the organization's expansion.

Job Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of MEPF project delivery, from design coordination through to installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans aligned with technical and operational requirements
  • Oversee execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and industry standards
  • Monitor progress, risks, and financial performance of MEPF packages, implementing mitigation and corrective actions as needed
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phases
  • Drive effective contractor management, site coordination, and interface management across multiple disciplines
  • Promote strong QA/QC practices and continuous improvement across MEPF delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior MEPF Project Manager should have:

  • At least 10 years of project management experience handling MEPF-heavy, large-scale builds
  • Strong technical expertise in MEPF systems within industrial or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, power plants, factories, hospitals)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end MEPF execution, including installation and commissioning
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for capital-intensive projects
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, permitting, and technical standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
  • Relevant degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • PMP certification is an advantage
