The local entity is currently in a growth phase, strengthening its project and engineering capabilities to support upcoming high-spec, large-scale facility developments within mission-critical environments.Job DescriptionLead the full lifecycle of MEPF project delivery, from design coordination through to installation, testing, and commissioningDevelop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans aligned with technical and operational requirementsOversee execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and industry standardsMonitor progress, risks, and financial performance of MEPF packages, implementing mitigation and corrective actions as neededCoordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodiesEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all project phasesDrive effective contractor management, site coordination, and interface management across multiple disciplinesPromote strong QA/QC practices and continuous improvement across MEPF deliveryThe Successful ApplicantA successful Senior MEPF Project Manager should have:At least 10 years of project management experience handling MEPF-heavy, large-scale buildsStrong technical expertise in MEPF systems within industrial or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, power plants, factories, hospitals)Proven experience managing end-to-end MEPF execution, including installation and commissioningStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for capital-intensive projectsSolid understanding of regulatory compliance, permitting, and technical standardsStrong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skillsRelevant degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)PMP certification is an advantageWhat's on OfferCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive HMO coverageGroup accident and life insuranceOpportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical infrastructure projects within a growing technology platformThis is a permanent role in the Technology & Telecoms industry, offering a rewarding career with excellent benefits.
