Job Description

As the Actuarial Pricing Manager, you will:

  • Lead financial modelling and pricing strategy for product development initiatives
  • Provide recommendations on product design, positioning, and commercial viability
  • Review documentation for product and reinsurance approvals
  • Support or lead negotiations on reinsurance arrangements
  • Communicate pricing results to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of actuarial outputs
  • Drive pricing initiatives and oversee ad hoc requests from different channels
  • Manage and mentor the actuarial pricing team to meet defined KPIs

The Successful Applicant

What Makes a Successful Actuarial Pricing Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive actuarial experience
  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries (or equivalent), nearing Fellowship preferred
  • Strong expertise in actuarial pricing and insurance operations
  • Proven experience in project and people management
  • Excellent communication skills, translating complex actuarial results clearly
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions
