Job Description of the Senior Program Manager

  • Lead large-scale transformation and strategic business programs.
  • Drive product launches and go-to-market initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving regional and global stakeholders.
  • Establish program governance, reporting, and executive communications.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
  • Support market expansion initiatives, including new country launches.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Champion best practices across project and program management disciplines.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

  • 12+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong commercial project, product launch, or go-to-market experience.
  • Experience influencing senior executives in a matrixed global environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience within Healthcare, MedTech, GBS/SSC, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Professional Services.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern project management methodologies and tools.
