Job Description

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across banks, fintechs, and key players in the financial services space. This is a pure hunting role that requires strong relationship‑building capabilities, a deep understanding of banking technology, and the ability to influence senior decision makers.You will:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for key accounts in the Philippines.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities across enterprise payment, card management, and core banking solutions.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with executives and stakeholders across the banking and financial services ecosystem.
  • Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue delivery.
  • Lead solution positioning, capability presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across product, presales, finance, legal, and technology across the APAC region.
  • Closely monitor competitive activity and market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Drive account planning, including up‑selling and cross‑selling within existing accounts.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience selling to banks or financial institutions.
  • Experience selling card management systems and/or core banking solutions is required.
  • Background in payments technology, digital banking, payment gateways, switching, real‑time payments, or related fintech solutions.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a high‑growth environment.
  • Strong network across banks, fintechs, or the broader financial services ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
  • Highly self‑driven, results‑oriented, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work with global cross‑functional teams and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
