Job Description

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on a defined target list of high-value accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior IT stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutioning, delivery, and talent) to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, contributing to winning proposals
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and secure larger, transformational engagements
  • Represent the organization in networking events and industry engagement



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in consultative sales within IT services or strategy consulting environments
  • Strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing solutions-based revenue
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and transformation initiatives
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong executive presence, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
